Send photos of each room (and the cupboards — everyone forgets the cupboards). How to get the best price on a clearance
- Photograph everything. Every room, the garage, inside the cupboards — the fewer surprises on the day, the sharper the price.
- Pull out anything you’re keeping first. A clear “all of this goes” is the quickest job there is.
- Sell or donate the good stuff beforehand. Less volume, lower price — we’ll take everything that’s left.
- Tell us the access. Floor, lift, parking — same as a move, it all helps us plan and price it right.
